At INKAS, we aim to consistently provide delicious, high-quality Peruvian Cuisine where all customers can create warm memories, gather around, and enjoy our family recipes.

Our Story
We opened our doors in January of 2000 to our location in Irvine, Orange County. We are a women-led (mother and 2 daughters) establishment that chose to embark on this journey to provide our customers with the same quality, authenticity, freshness, and care that mom, her mother, and her mother’s mother had served at the dinner table day after day for over four generations. We understand the impact of importing high-quality herbs, spices, peppers, and the like directly from Peru in order to provide you our idea of Peruvian plated perfection here in California. These key ingredients along with our mothers high standards for fresh produce and quality meats - make a visit to INKAS a memorable experience for everyone.

In regards to the current COVID-19 pandemic mandates and challenges, our team is working diligently to provide quality food and peak cleanliness standards to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers. We view many of our customers as friends and family, thus we take our service and safety seriously. If you prefer the safety of your home, we have also partnered with @grubhub and @Doordash for your convenience and relief.
